Executive Profile – Gunjan Bhardwaj

Gunjan Bhardwaj is the Chief Operating Officer of Vista IT Solutions (Vista IT), a nationally recognized Managed IT Services and Software Solutions provider with a global presence. With more than 18 years of leadership experience in technology, operations, and compliance, she has been instrumental in shaping Vista IT’s growth and reputation as a trusted technology partner.

As COO, Gunjan has built the company’s foundation of scalable operations, compliance systems, and service delivery frameworks. Under her leadership, Vista IT has been consistently recognized among CRN’s Top 500 Managed Service Providers (Pioneer 250), included in the Fast Growth 150, and honored in both the Security 100 and Next Gen 250 for excellence in cybersecurity, cloud, AI, and emerging enterprise technologies. She has also guided compliance initiatives across regulated industries such as healthcare, financial services, and government, ensuring client trust and long-term resilience.

In addition to her leadership at Vista IT, Gunjan is the Co-Founder of IntelliTransit, an innovative SaaS platform that provides solutions such as iTMS (IntelliTransit Management System), IntelliTransit Pay, and AVL to support public transportation agencies and private fleets.

Her contributions to the technology industry have been widely recognized. Gunjan is a four-time recipient of the CRN Woman of the Channel Award (2019, 2020, 2021, and 2023 – Power 80). She was also named a finalist by the Connecticut Technology Council and Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology in the Women in Innovation (Entrepreneurship & Leadership) category, and nominated for the Women’s Business Alliance Award by the Cheshire Chamber of Commerce for innovation in technology.
